JusRide is a friendly, efficient, and reliable motorcycle shipping service. We transport bikes for motorcycle rallys, maintenance and repair—any reason you need your bike moved--and take the burden off your shoulders.
What kind of Insurance does JusRide carry?
$750,000 of business liability insurance
$200,000 of cargo insurance (trucks)

What is JusRide’s vehicle capacity?
Straight trucks: 7-8 bikes
Long trailers: 18 bikes
Trailers: 2-3 bikes
What payment options do I have?
You can pay by cash, check, or major credit card – American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
How do I pay for getting my bike shipped to major bike events, like Sturgis?
JusRide requires a 50% deposit to hold a spot on the vehicle, and the balance to be paid 7-10 calendar days prior to the vehicle’s departure.
Can JusRide carry extra gear needed for event travel?
JusRide will do its best to accommodate you.
Do I have to be present when my bike is picked up and/or delivered??
No. However, it is recommended that you be present in order to look over the bike and sign the proper paperwork.
Can JusRide ship bikes one-way to major events?
Yes. However, the roundtrip rate will still apply.
Can JusRide provide true door-to-door service?
Yes, the JusRide transport vehicles were specially designed to gain access to all rural and urban areas. This pertains to general shipping and transportation to all major events..
What are JusRide’s hours of operation?
JusRide maintains a very flexible pickup and delivery schedule. If necessary, we will collect or deliver your bike on the weekend, during a major holiday, early in the morning, or late at night.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my bike for transport?
If the bike is going to an event, nothing has to be done to the bike.
If the bike is going to a service shop, we recommend that you detach anything that will need to come off prior to work being performed.
Aside from motorcycles, what else does JusRide transport?
The JusRide transportation system can also accommodate bikes with side cars, trikes, and ATV’s.
Does JusRide transport cars?
No. However, JusRide will do its best to help you find a good carrier.
Can I charter a JusRide transport vehicle for a group tour or special event?
Yes. This is part of JusRide’s special services.
Does JusRide offer Emergency Roadside Assistance?
In general, No. However, if you reside in Southeastern PA or the tri-state area, and you break down, JusRide will do its best to help you find a safe and reliable way to get your bike to the closest service shop.
Can JusRide ship bikes overseas and/or by air?
Yes, JusRide does have the means to help you with expedited shipments, or getting your bike to a foreign land.

Is JusRide’s standard transport rate “all in”, or will other charges be applied?
Typically, the general rate you see is the complete charge. However, following are conditions that would require an extra charge:
- Escalating energy costs. JusRide tracks the U.S. National Average for Diesel Fuel.
- New York City and surrounding areas. JusRide charges and extra $100.00 to pickup/delivery bikes around NYC.
